Your iPhone messages will be exported and store on computer in two copies, a CSV copy and an HTML copy. You can open, read and edit the iPhone messages saved in CSV file using a workbook or spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel. If like, you can also export the CSV as PDF using MS Excel. You can open and view the iPhone messages saved as HTML file using any web browser on your computer, like IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.
At the backup preview window, you can select the messages and click the Print icon at the top righgt section to print out iPhone messages using a connected printer. You can also choose to export the messages from iPhone to computer as HTML files, then edit, preview and print them out.
Can I restore iPhone messages without backups?
We recommend iPhone users back up their content and data from phone to computer regularly, so in case of data loss, you can always restore them from previous backups.
