Fiddlers is a free web debugging program which can help developers record all HTTP(S) traffic between their computer and the Internet and debug traffic from PC, Mac or Linux systems and mobile (iOS and Android) devices. In order to capture and decrypt HTTPS traffic however, users have to manually trust Fiddler root certificate and enable HTTPS decryption. Run Fiddler on your PC, Click Tools from the top menu bar and choose Options from the drop-down menu.
The Options opens in a new window. Switch to the HTTPS tab, click Decrypt HTTPS Traffic box.
Fiddler generates a unique root certificate, you need to trust this root certificate to allow this proxy software intercept HTTPS traffic.
When Windows displays the Security Warning about the new certificate, choose Yes to install it on your PC and follow on-screen tips to add it to your PC’s Trusted Root list.
