Windows 8 has quickly become a popular operating system, Microsoft has changed a lot of settings in this new Windows OS. One of those is privacy settings.
Change Privacy Settings in Windows 8
To access the privacy settings in Windows 8, you’ll need to open the Charm bar on the right side of the screen, select Settings, and then Change PC settings at the bottom. Navigate to privacy, and you can click the sliders to turn the settings on or off.
To quickly access the privacy setting and make the change, press the Windows Key + I, and then select “Change PC Settings”. There you select the Privacy setting, and from there you can amend them to how you’d like.
For example, if you don’t want your name or face posted online, you should definitely move the second slider to the off position.
