What is my order status?

Is there a way to ensure successful working of the software?

We recommend our users to first use the software Demo or Free Trial version, which is available for many software tools, before they buy. For example, if you want to buy our mobile phone data transfer software, you can firstly download the free trial version on to your PC or Mac, then use it to transfer several contacts from one phone to another just to make sure it works well for you. Can I order without a credit card?

Yes, you will see these options when placing your order. Simply select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions to complete your purchase. Normally except Credit card, you can also choose to pay by PayPal, check, wire transfer, or purchase order.

What is a Security Code for Credit Card?

The card security code is a unique number which is printed on all Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Maestro cards. To determine your Card Security Code (it is often known as CSC or CVV2). Follow the instructions below for your credit card.

The CSC is the three-digit number located on the back of the credit card, immediately after the last four digits of the credit card number.

CSC Location for American Express:

The CSC is the four-digit number located on the front of the credit card. The four-digit number is located on the right or left above the account number.

My credit card is not being accepted, why?

There are many possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:

  • The card is expired.
  • You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
  • You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
  • A computer at either end of the transaction is having technical problems.

If you have problems submitting your credit card payment you can try another card or choose other payment types supported, such as PayPal, check, wire transfer, or purchase order.

How can I get the program after I've paid?

I didn't receive the registration code, what to do?

All orders will be processed automatically by the payment service provider, SWREG. The system will automatically send you an order confirmation e-mail with registration code and software download URL. Generally this email should go through in several minutes. If you did not receive it, check your SPAM or Junk folder see if it was filtered into these folders other than your inbox folder.

You can also confirm whether your order has been successfully processed by looking up your order status.
