Convert SVG image format on Mac

SVG is short for Scalable Vector Graphics. It is an XML-based image format. We can use modern web browsers, like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Internet Explorer, to open and view SVG images. Launch the free SVG converter on your Mac. Click File from the top menu bar, choose Open … from the drop-down menu, browse to the location where the SVG image files are saved on your Mac and open them in the SVG program.

Then go to File > Export…., you will open the Export As dialog where you can type in a new name, type in tags, choose a different folder to save it, select a target format, PNG, TIFF or even PDF, finally hit the Save button to convert the SVG image to PNG or TIFF. It is just that simple.
