Converting web pages to PDF using Adobe Acrobat

With Adobe Acrobat, you can easily save web pages as PDF files on your computer. When you convert a web page to PDF using Acrobat, it is not only the text content, but also the HTML file and all associated files will be saved. These files and assets include images, CSS, forms, links and so on.

Run Adobe Acrobat on your computer. We use its Windows version on a Window PC in the demo. In Acrobat for Windows, click Create >> PDF from Web Page.

You will get a pop-up dialog. Enter the link address to the web page, or click Browse and locate an HTML file saved on your local computer. Optionally click Capture Multiple Levels to change the number of levels in the website to convert, click Settings… to customize more conversion settings. Finally click Create button.

Acrobat will then start downloading content from the specified link address and open the converted PDF file automatically. You can then use Adobe Acrobat Pro to make any changes to the PDF file before saving it to your computer.

Save a web page as PDF from browsers with or without Acrobat

Although you can convert a web page to PDF from Adobe Acrobat. However most likely we come across a web page and decide to save it from web browsers, like Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox. Is there any way to directly save a web page as PDF from browsers. Here are two ways you can achieve it.
