  1. Help !
I’m trying to upload a video from Dropbox to my iPhone 6.
It failed numerous times while exporting so I removed loads of pics/apps on my device to try again with more storage.
And even paid and upgraded to Dropbox Pro to try and help it.
    Finally it exported.
It said ‘exporting’ on the screen and then said ‘Saved to photos’
…But it isn’t in my photos!
I tried lots of times all with the same message. ‘Saved to photos’
But it never shows up in my photo album.
Anywhere else it could of saved to or is it not really saving?
It’s my wedding vid and I really want to veiw it from my phone ?
Is there anything else I can do?******

    1. using a computer in the middle maybe a workaround you can try. to do that, you can firstly access the media files and folders saved in your Dropbox account from a PC or Mac, download a copy to your local computer, then send them from computer to your mobile devices.

    1. yes, just some video sample I can use to replicate the video converting error as you mentioned in the email.
