How to Export any Data from iTunes Backup to Computer?

Then run the data recovery tool on your computer, you will get a screen like below.
From the top of this program, you can find main tabs like: Recover from iOS device, Recover from iTunes Backup File and Recover from iCloud Backup File. How to Export any Data from iTunes Backup to iPhone?

So you can sync them back to iPhone using iTunes without overwrite any existing data on iPhone, unlike you restore iPhone from iTunes backup which will erase existing content on your iPhone. To make this iOS data recovery more easier, some files can even be exported from iTunes to iPhone directly so you do not need to go through the iTunes sync step.
