karabiner-elements is a powerful, stable yet free keyboard customizer for Mac. You can re-map any key to other key you want. For example, you can remap those unused keys to those you use often. It allows users to create multiple profiles for different purposes, devices or keyboards. It does not only work with internal keyboards but also external, bluetooth keyboards. You can create remap the same key to different keys for various tasks, such as gaming, work, or else. You can change a key to another key on Simple Modifications tab. Karabiner-Elements provides more complex event modifications on the Complex Modifications tab. These rules change keys by conditions. You can import predefined rules from the internet or make your own rules.
