Mirror screen from iPhone, iPad to computer

Sometimes you may want to hook your iPhone or iPad to your TV or computer, such as playing mobile games on the big screen, get the presentation from phone onto big screen, using your phone as remote control when presenting information at meetings, etc. Luckily there is a feature built inside iOS, called Screen Mirror, that can help us cast screen from our iPhone or iPad to Apple TV. It is already on our iOS device and ready to use. Just open the Control Center on iPhone or iPad to find it and enable it.

  • On iPhone X or later or iPad with iOS 12 or later: Swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen.
  • On iPhone 8 or earlier or iOS 11 or earlier: Swipe up from the bottom edge of any screen.
