How to record screen on computer?
Firstly download the video maker free trial versions on to your PC or Mac below. Make sure to choose the right version according to your computer OS, either Windows or Mac OS X.
The free trial version comes with limited features. Run the program on your computer, click the RECORD button from the media library section at the upper left section. Then choose Record PC Screen from the drop-down menu list. You can also click the File menu >> Record Media >> Record PC Screen.

You can firstly go to choose the recording mode from Full Screen, Custom and Target Window. If you want to record any specific windows or program on your computer, you can also choose Target Window, then select the window on your computer screen, the Screen Recorder will then automatically resize the recording window according to the selected window.
The Screen Recorder can record both video and audio. You can record the sound or voice using the microphone and even your computer system audio. You can disable the audio recording if like.
There are extra settings and options you may like when you want to record screen on your computer. This screen recorder allows you to choose a folder on your computer to save the recordings, choose video recording frame rate, like 12 fps, 15 fps, 20 fps, 23 fps, 24 fps, 25 fps, 30 fps, etc. you can choose video recording quality according to your own requirements. You can choose to record mouse clicks and mouse click sound, schedule a record timer to stop the recording after a selected period of time. By default you can use the recording toolbar to control when to start and stop the screen recording. You can also use the record timer to set up a time to end the recording or activate the start/stop hotkey for the recording controls.
When you finished the recording, the recorded videos will be saved to the output folder of the Screen Recorder. Remember that we have showed you how to choose a folder to save the recordings above? The screen recordings will be saved as MP4 video files. You can however use this video editor to convert it to any other video formats you like, such as WMV, AVI, MOV, FLV, MKV, TS, 3GP, MPEG, WebM, HTML5, MP3, etc. You can also simply choose a target device you like to transfer the video to, then the video editor will optimize the video accordingly.
