    1. Open the Sound Recorder app, you will see a list of all saved recordings on your Huawei mobile phone, swipe left on a recording to show the action menu, tap on Share button, then choose to send the selected sound recording through email, wifi direct, bluetooth, or other compatible app installed. You can also long press on a sound recording file to reveal the Share option.
If you like to batch export multiple or all sound recordings, you can connect your phone to PC via USB, then browse to Internal Storage > Sounds folder on your phone and copy all recordings and paste them to a location on your PC.

  1. Hi
I used to use my huawei phone to record lectures because it was able to record sound with extremely good quality (these could be adjusted via recorder app`s settings) and now i cant find the settings button within the app anymore. Is the feature removed? (The settings had 4 presets and sound quality settings)

  2. I recorded voice of trainer during training but currently those recording is missing from my phone. any solution?

    1. you can search it on Huawei app gallery see if any luck. other than that, you can also ask other huawei users to send the recorder app to you. or you can simply download and install third-party recorder apps from google play, huawei app gallery or other android market. If it is a new phone without much personal data and files, you can simply reset your phone to factory settings. Note that by resetting your phone, you will lose all user data, so make sure to back up your whole device before you do that.

  3. Hello. The “recordings” button at bottom left is greyed out. How can I access my recordings??

    Thanks.

    1. Open the Files app on your Huawei phone. Browse to Internal Storage > Sounds. This is the default folder where all your sound recordings are saved on Huawei phone. If no luck, open the Audio category in Files app, you can then find all music, sound recordings, and other audio files on your phone. Those files with names like New Recording xxx.m4a are the sound recordings. Don’t forget to check other files in m4a format, as you may have already renamed the sound recordings from within the recorder app before.
