  1. HELP !!!

    Have Galaxy S-7.

Downloaded and ran Dr. Fone (Trial version)

the S7 is hung at 90% and in a repeated (every 2-3 min) reboot.

was trying to recover deleted text messages.

I’m (my phone) we are dead in the water…it is my only source of work communications

    1. Mine did the same thing, lol

I still haven’t figured out how to make this work…
Does the free trial just not work?

  2. Matt,

I have an Samsung S5 and deleted a message in error but since have communicated with this contact, can I still retrieve the older message(s)?

    thx

    1. it is hard to say. it will only work when the deleted messages have not been overwritten by new data saved on the phone.

  3. hi.
i tried the data recovery on my samsung j7 prime.. when it was aroung 90%, it became unresponsive and my phone switched off.. until now, i can’t switch it on.. help!

    1. sorry for the inconvenience caused. you can try to uninstall its battery, wait for sometime before you re-install it, then power on the phone again see if any luck. If the problem persists, please send us the log files as shown from this picture so our support team can look into the issue and provide specific instructions.

  4. I ran the trial version and it seemed to work fine. However, some of the recovered text messages don’t show the entire message and include a series of asterisks. As an example: Hey, I’ll meet y**********************************
Other messages show a bunch of different characters and I think those have been overwritten. Does the series of asterisks *********** show the data has been overwritten or is this because the trial version doesn’t show the message in it’s entirety? Will the full purchased version reveal the entire message?

  5. Sir please update me that can I reterieve the recorded audio data from the Samsung Glaxy S6 which i deleted 5 months ago? After deleting the audio files I may update the mbile software more than 3 times. Is it possible to reterive the data? Please help thanks.

    1. the chance to get them back is slim. but if they are very important and still worth a try, you can go to download the Android phone data recovery software on to your PC, connect your phone to PC via USB, then run the recovery program, select the audio file type and scan your phone see if any luck. note that the free trial version allows you to scan Android devices and preview data, in order to extract those found data to computer, you will need to buy the full version.
