it is hard to say. it will only work when the deleted messages have not been overwritten by new data saved on the phone.

i tried the data recovery on my samsung j7 prime.. when it was aroung 90%, it became unresponsive and my phone switched off.. until now, i can’t switch it on.. help!

I ran the trial version and it seemed to work fine. However, some of the recovered text messages don’t show the entire message and include a series of asterisks. As an example: Hey, I’ll meet y**********************************
Other messages show a bunch of different characters and I think those have been overwritten. Does the series of asterisks *********** show the data has been overwritten or is this because the trial version doesn’t show the message in it’s entirety? Will the full purchased version reveal the entire message?
