Recover Deleted text messages from Samsung mobile phone

I recently purchased this software and so far the only issue I had was with the recovering of deleted messages. All other tools seem to work fine.
The problem is on my S5. I have manually rooted the phone. So before the scan started I got prompted on my phone by SuperSU to Grant root to Dr software, which I did. Then your software crashed. As I said I have purchased this license and wish it to work correctly. I tried to do it again and the second time there was no prompt but the software did not scan the entire phone.
Question: Because it kept freezing at 90% prior to that so I assumed that the software was having trouble rooting my phone. Which is why I manually rooted it myself. Is it OK to use this software with already rooted phone?
yes, it seems the data recovery software has trouble rooting the phone thus it gets stuck at 90% and not able to proceed to scan the phone. in this case, you can use third party root software to get the phone rooted first.
