If it doesn’t pass this part is my phone now unusable???

    1. Generally speaking it should take only several minutes to analyze the device. You get stuck in the analyzing process because the software failed to analyze your device. If still no luck, you can find more troubleshooting tips here.

If it doesn’t pass this part, you may consider to root your phone first or find other mobile phone recovery software. By rooting however you may void its warranty and there is no guarantee you can get the lost data back after rooting. So do it at your own risk.
