1. power off the Galaxy Note 3;
2. Press and hold Volume Up + Home+Power keys at the same time;

4. When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.
5. Press the Volume down key to highlight ‘wipe data / factory reset.’

8. Press Power button to select and start the master reset. When the master reset is complete, ‘Reboot system now’ is highlighted.

I’ve accidently dropped my LG Optimus L7 phone in water, the phone is still working but it got restored and i lost all the data’s like contact messages etc.. I have tried with Dr. fone but couldn’t find anything. Please let me know if there is a way to get my contacts back.
Do you have any email account set up on the phone before, like a Gmail, Hotmail, yahoo mail? If so, you may log in your email account from web browser and see if you can retrieve contacts and phone numbers from there. Normally when you set up an email account on the phone, by default the option to sync contacts will be enabled.
i did clear user data and wipe phone without backup and now my smartphone doest work!! i think the boot file are missing!! what i can do now?? my smartphone is lenovo x2 pro!!

The software won’t root the phone either. Which I did upgrade and paid for……. it gave no indication it would not work, or else I would have tried another recovery software.

I have a Samsung s5. How long should it stay in the analyzing device part of process? I has been sitting here at 99% for over two hours now?

Generally speaking it should take only several minutes to analyze the device. You get stuck in the analyzing process because the software failed to analyze your device. You can stop or close the software, restart it again, optionally disconnect your phone and reconnect again. Try to scan your phone see if any update.
