Once you opened the Albums tab in Photos app on iPhone, you should see the Camera Roll album at the top section, followed by Favourites, People and other folders. Scroll down until you find the Recently Deleted album. Tap to open this folder, you will find all your recently deleted photos and videos from your Camera Roll. Since these deleted files still use up your iPhone’s storage which beats the purpose of deleting them to free up space. Apple will only keep them in this trash can or recycle bin for 30 days before they are permanently deleted from your iPhone’s memory. You will see the remaining days above each thumbnail of the deleted pictures and videos.
