To help users protect their data on the smartphones, every smartphone or tablet has ability the lock screen. By default, to unlock your Android phones, like those on Samsung Galaxy phones, Lenovo phones, you just have to slide your finger across the screen, normally from bottom to top. Smartphones nowadays provide us several different ways we can lock our cell phone. From your mobile phone main screen, go to Settings >> Security >> Screen Lock, you may find Swipe or Slide (no security), Pattern (medium security), PIN (medium to high security), Password (high security) and None options. No matter which Android device you own, chances are the screen lock will be the first thing you need to set up on your device. Every coin has two sides. The screen lock can protect your data from data theft. Meanwhile if you forgot the password, PIN or pattern, you may lock yourself out of the own mobile phone. To help those Android users who were locked out by their own screen lock, pattern lock, password, PIN code, we recommend an easy way to remove Android screen lock, pattern lock, password or PIN code here. Currently this solution works with part of Samsung Galaxy phones and LG mobile phones. See also this tutorial to remove screen lock from LG phones. If you are using other Android phones, like HTC, Lenovo, ZTE, Nexus, Motorola and you are locked out of your phone, you may need to wait for future upgrades.
How to remove Android screen lock, pattern, password or PIN code?
First of all, download the Android phone data recovery software for Windows on to your computer below. Make sure to try the software first before you buy as you may use a phone model which is not currently supported by the software yet.
Then run the Android recovery software on your PC, find the Android Lock Screen Removal from there.
Click to run it, you will see the “Remove Android Lock Screen” like below.
Now connect your locked Android phone to computer. Currently this feature only supports Samsung and LG mobile phones. A short list of supported devices can be found at the bottom of this article. After that, click the Start button and follow the on-screen tips to void or remove the screen lock, pattern lock, password or PIN code from your mobile phone. If your phone model is not supported, you will see the prompt message like “Your device model is …, data recovery can not currently be supported for your device.”
If your phone model is supported, follow the on-screen instructions to enter the download mode. Firstly power off the phone, press and hold the hardware buttons combination and then select and enter the download mode on your Android phone.
If you have successfully put your phone into the download mode, it will automatically download the recovery package. The downloading may take some time. Just be patient and wait.
Once the Android phone recovery package been downloaded on to your mobile phone, you can see the Android lock screen removal starts by itself. Allow the software sometime to remove the password or screen lock from your phone. Once it is finished, you can access your Android device without entering any password, pattern or PIN.
Now you have removed your lock screen password, PIN, pattern completely, to protect your privacy and private data on the phone, you can go to your Android phone settings to set a new password, PIN, pattern that you are familiar with and easy to remember. This screen lock removal process won’t hurt any data on your Android device.

Were you informed that your phone is not supported? If so, you may have encountered the same problem as @Godfrey. please see our response to @Godfrey Tanku below and send in the log files to our support team. there is 30 days money back guarantee. please submit us the log files to our technician first. If it can’t help you solve the problem, you can request a refund.
when ur system will be updated? all i want its to unlock the screen lock password, refer to ur info, it should have note 5 program set in ur application, is there any suggestions u could help me with?!
our development team will collect feedback from users before they decide which phone models to be supported. by submitting the log files to our support team as specified above, they will know how many Note 5 users are using this software, which phone model number and Android version they have. this helps our development team add more phone models to their job queue. the more user requests they received from certain phone model users, the higher priority the phone model will be added to the supported device list in future upgrades.
After you have submitted the log files to our technician, you should receive email response from them with more info and specific instructions.
I have already send the model number of my phone(sm-n9200) samsung galaxy note5,but I don’t know what the meaning of the log files and how to send the log files to you.it that’s mean the feedback.

you can follow the steps as shown in this screenshot to send in the log files. make sure to describe the problem you encountered when using this software and leave us a valid email when submitting the logs.
