File sharing via WeChat is a great help when you want to send photos, videos, music, or other files and documents on mobile phone. Send music through WeChat on Android Mobile
Almost all Android mobile phones have a stock file manager which you can use to manage files and documents on the device, such as the My Files for Samsung galaxy phones. There will be mainly two steps to share music through WeChat from Android phone.
Step 1. Add music to WeChat Favorites
WeChat has the Favorites feature where you can save your favorite stuff here and access it later quickly. Open your file manager app on Android phone, browse to the music or songs that you want to send to other WeChat users. Press and hold on it in your file manager for Android, you can then get the Share via or similar options to transfer the selected file.
Select WeChat Favorites, then the selected music or song will be added to WeChat Favorites on Android phone.
Step 2. Forward music from WeChat Favorites to chats
Now launch WeChat app on your Android phone, go to the Me screen, touch Favorites, you can see a list of all your saved favorites in WeChat. Long press the save music until you see the pop-up menu with options to manage the selected content in WeChat Favorites. Choose Forward, or touch More… item then tap on the Forward button at the bottom left corner, you will be taken to a new screen where you can select a chat and forward music to the WeChat contact or friend.
When the one you sent the music to has received the media file through WeChat, he or she can save music and audios from WeChat to Android phone. It is very easy to exchange data between different mobile phones using WeChat.
What about other than andriod phon?
it depends on the “file manager” or other apps on the phone that can be used to manage the music files. For example, an iPhone does not have a file manager, and the built-in Music app on iPhone does not allow users to share or transfer music. In order to transfer music from iPhone to other phones, we can install a third party file manager for iPhone.
