  2. I have Samsung galaxy grand prime plus mobile n it has hotspot option but the problem is that the devices i connect to the hotspot gets disconnected all by itself after 2-3mins.its happening with iPhone 6s,iPad mini,HP laptop..plz need some help n advice in this respect

    1. some device may have the feature to turn off the connection after a certain period of time of inactivity. so keep your phones and devices active when connected through hotspot. you can also try to enable hotspot on your iPhone and laptop, then connect to the hotspot from your Samsung Galaxy grand prime plus mobile see if the same problem occurs. See you can turn on mobile hotspot on Windows 10 PC and following post about setting up hotspot on iPhone. If the hotspot on other devices work well, but not just the Samsung phone, you may consider to reset the phone. Note that reset the phone will erase all personal data on the device, thus you may have to backup the content to computer first.

  3. Ok guys, if you are trying to install or find your “Hotspot” settings on your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime that happens to be on the Tracfone or Straight Talk Network, I’m sorry to say but it can’t be done. I’m a computer tech and have been for over 16 years and I’ve tried. They have this “Locked” to keep us from using and sharing our Unlimited Network with others. They have thought of Almost Everything. … or have they.
Believe it or not, you can NOW find online how to add a Hotspot online. Try using Google or Youtube. It will be there within the hour.
