  1. Hi matt.. how to i know to upload my video to my wechat moment..because i already try it.. but just only save to my wechat favorites and cannot open..must be open on third party only

  2. I have just migrated my chat to new phone (Samsung S5 Android to Samsung S7 Android), and now I see two problems:

    1. All videos are shown as Wechat icons, and no longer show the icon for each video.

    2. Forward video to anyone or any group no longer works. A quick pop up message comes with: Unable to send the request.

Did anyone else see this problem? Any suggestion to fix it?

Thanks to all and happy holidays.

    1. do you have a MicroSD card installed in the old phone? If so, try to install it on the new phone see if any help.

  3. I’ve got a video which is of 10 mb roughly, am trying to send it over to my friend but it keeps saying video is too large whereas it’s not so any suggestions for that?

    1. 10mb should not be too large. when you send videos through WeChat, WeChat will automatically compress your video before sending. do you see this video compressing prompt and process?
