Firstly go to double check your settings to ensure the palm motion has be activated:

  1. Open Settings;
  2. Select Motions and Gestures;
  3. Scroll down and find Palm Motion;
  4. Tap on Palm motion to get the Capture screen option. Slide to right to turn it on.
