Run the phone manager on your PC, connect iPhone to computer via USB. The phone manager should detect your phone’s connection instantly. Make sure to tap on Trust this computer on iPhone to allow the connection from your computer. Switch from My Device to the Manage tab in the phone management program on your computer.
