    1. you can try to rename the file and change its file extension from .mp4 to .mp3 using a file manager on the phone. if your file manager doesn’t allow you to modify file extension, you need to use a third party file manager instead, see this guide to change file extension on Samsung android phones. after that share the mp4 music(now with .mp3 extension) via WhatsApp and send. make sure to tap and play the file in WhatsApp see if it is playable.
