Why I can’t add some videos to the video converter?

Go to play the video see if any media player on your computer can play it to make sure the video file is not damaged. Then make sure there is no special characters in the file name or its path.

Can I rip DVD using the video converter?

Yes. You can load your DVD folders, ISO files saved on computer or load DVD ROM into the video converter and rip the DVD movies to any other video formats you want.

Why the output video doesn’t play on the target device?

Sometimes when you have converted a video to a compatible format with the target device, however you found it can’t be played on the target device. In such case, you can try: 1) double check see if your device can play any other videos; 2) select the correct output video format in the video converter, see an example here, converting videos to Sony PS4; 3) lower the videos Bit Rate in the setting panel; 4) disable the High Speed Conversion option in preference panel.

Which TV Standard should I choose?

This video converter supports both NTSC and PAL TV standards. When you burn videos to DVD disk, you should make a choice between these two options. Different countries may use different TV stardards, you can find out the one you need from this page: http://countrycode.org/tv-standards

Why is there no subtitle when I rip a DVD?

You can select a subtitle from the drop down list before you rip it. This option will default to None when you load a DVD to the video converter.

Can I rip blue-ray discs?

No, currently the video converter does not support blue-ray DVD ripping.

Can I convert common videos to 3D videos?

Yes. You can. Just make sure to choose a 3D video format as output format in the video converter.

Can I convert common videos to 4K videos?

Yes. You can. Just make sure to choose a 4K video format as output format in the video converter, see how to convert any videos to 4K videos, or downgrade 4K videos to common videos.

How to speed up the video conversion?

There are several ways you can achieve that. You can turn on High Speed Conversion from Menu >> Preference >> Convert. You can go to Settings panel, choose Small Size for the Quality. You can also lower down bit rate, resolution, and frame rate.

How to improve the output file quality?

Go to Settings panel, you can find three quality options: High Quality, Standard and Small Size. You can improve video quality by select Standard or High Quality.

How to reduce output video file size?

Go to Settings panel, choose Small Size for the Quality, click OK to save change change and start video conversion. Meanwhile you can also lower down bit rate, resolution, and frame rate to reduce output video size.
