Hi, thanks for getting back to me so soon. But when i click save video, it said “this type of video cannot be saved to this device.” I have an iphone 5c and have no idea why this wont work.
Thanks again.
You are welcome.
It seems your videos are not compatible with iPhone 5C. Normally you should be able to transfer and play mp4, m4v videos on iPhone. You can refer to this guide to convert videos to iPhone compatible format.

Thanks for your feedback. We are glad it was helpful to you.
….have you ever had problems with the audio not coming along for the ride? The video clip shows up in Camera Roll, but without sound.
It seems to be a media format incompatibility issue. you can try to convert the video to iPhone format on PC at first, then upload it to Dropbox and download to iPhone. Please give it a shoot see if any help.
Thank you for this tip!
