In this Samsung phone model we tested, we found a list of folders with random numbers and letters, you need to open each of them to find the sight videos you sent or received through Wechat on Android phone. The WeChat Sight videos will be MP4 files saved on your Android phones. To export WeChat sight videos from Android phone to computer, connect your phone to computer through USB data cord, browse to the WeChat Sight videos folder saved on your SD card, copy the sight videos and saved them on to your computer hard drive or media library on your PC or Mac machines.

I can’t save any Sight videos by clicking on the screen. I think the new WeChat update for iPhone disabled saving Sight videos. Please help
you can’t save Sight videos directly on the phone now. You can try the alternative methods as stated in the above guide to save or download WeChat sight videos on iPhone or Android phones.
With this free aplication I can only scan my iphone, but I can’t recovery and save videos to my mac. This is normal ?
this is normal. as the free version only users to scan and preview data from iPhone or Android phone. You can buy the full version here in order to recover and export videos from phone to computer.
When will the Windows Phone users be able to save the sights to the storage and be able to copy them to a PC?
I am using iPhone 6 Plus and iOS 9.1 but I turn off the personal hotspot (is it the reason). I didnot notice there is any action if phone scanning after open Dr Fone. So I click ” recover from my iOS device” but no response at all… (Of course no error message)
this software does not require personal hotsport or wifi access.

we have just upgraded the software (both Mac and PC versions). you can uninstall your current version on your computer, then download the latest version from above post and give it another try see if any help.
